PUMA SE is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Germany to act as the central financial advisor for designated business areas. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to drive performance and strategic decisions.

You will build financial models, assess profitability trends, and provide insights across cost centers and profit centers. Strong SAP, MS Office skills, and excellent cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Controlling or Finance.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4Hana is an advantage.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Act as Finance Business Partner and central point of contact for assigned business areas, proactively supporting management and business stakeholders in financial and commercial decision-making

• Support of legal transformation projects
• Support system and process testing, UAT and data validation, including preparation and follow-up of test cases and identified issues
• Prepare and maintain relevant process, reporting, test and user documentation and support knowledge transfer
• Bachelor's degree in Controlling or Finance
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Independent work and structured way of working
• High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent and hands-on way of working
• Strong business-partnering mindset with good cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required
