We’re hiring a Head of Talent to architect and lead the next growth phase of the business. This is not a maintenance role - it’s a design-and-execution mandate. You’ll build the systems, culture, and leadership pipeline that let the business scale from dozens to hundreds of A-players without losing speed or precision.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Talent, Growth, and Strategy, working directly with the Founders and leadership team to shape how we hire, onboard, and develop exceptional people. Your scope spans global talent acquisition, employer brand, leadership development, organizational design, and performance systems, all underpinned by data and automation.
