The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2C marketing within highly regulated sectors and a strong analytical background. Responsibilities include leading marketing efforts, user acquisition strategies, and building a marketing team to drive growth. Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the fintech/insurtech sector or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with stakeholder coordination.

Aufgaben

  • Develop the marketing strategy together with managing directors.
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of the marketing roadmap.
  • Control performance marketing, affiliate, and content marketing activities.
  • Create analyzes and track all marketing activities.
  • Drive user acquisition in collaboration with the product team.
  • Build and lead a marketing team.

You'll help us to continue building Germany´s first regulated trading venue for digital assets.

Bitcoin has disrupted the conventional banking and Stock exchange business and generated billions in value in the shortest possible time. The underlying blockchain technology is revolutionizing the handling of assets along the value chain of the financial world.

Your job will be to accompany other professionals setting high standards in transparency and security and offer a reliable framework for trading.

You will:

  • Develop the marketing strategy together with managing directors;
  • Take full responsibility for the implementation of our marketing roadmap;
  • Control activities in the area of performance marketing, affiliate, and content marketing;
  • Create quantitative analyzes, dashboards and track all marketing activities across channels;
  • Drive user acquisition forward in close cooperation with product team;
  • Build up your own marketing team, lead it and work on special topics with freelancers;
  • Report directly to the CEO and support stakeholder management with reporting and KPI tracking;
  • Create a marketing plan and be responsible for the marketing budget.
You bring:
  • Experience in marketing with a focus on B2C;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the fintech / insurtech sector or in another highly regulated industry;
  • Analyticaland number-driven skills;
