COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead technical operations across a portfolio of hotels in Europe. The role combines engineering strategy, project delivery, and operational excellence in a fast-paced international environment.

You will oversee maintenance, renovations, CAPEX projects, and energy efficiency, develop technical standards, manage on-site teams and contractors, ensure HSE compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Development, and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Senior engineering or technical leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and contractors.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to travel across the European hotel portfolio.
• Fluent German and English are essential.
