Overview

Technical Property Manager | Germany

I am looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of existing hotel properties. You will be responsible for ensuring all technical systems are reliable, compliant, and optimised, supporting the smooth operation of multiple sites across the portfolio.

Your Experience

• Degree in technical building management or a comparable qualification
• Several years managing technical operations or maintenance, ideally in hospitality or commercial property
• Experience coordinating external service providers and contractors
• Knowledge of TGA, VOB/B, operating cost regulations, and service contracts
• Commercial awareness to support CAPEX/OPEX planning and energy efficiency measures
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel to properties as required

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical property management of existing hotels, ensuring operational reliability
• Develop and implement maintenance and repair processes; support site inspections and action planning
• Coordinate and supervise international maintenance managers and external contractors
• Review lease obligations, operating costs, and CAPEX planning
• Prepare reports on budgets, measures, and technical incidents
• Participate in the creation and negotiation of central maintenance contracts
