Jobtailor is seeking a senior content leader to own and scale editorial outputs for The Manual, Compound Interests, and Compound Conversations. You will manage PR, brand, and product marketing content, while setting strategy with the Head of Marketing.

You will also oversee compliance workflows, CMS publishing, and advisor-driven content. A wealth-management or fintech background is helpful, with a strong writing track record and AI-native approach to content creation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing copy, PR, and ad agencies with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing ability; polish emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy.
• Wealth management/personal finance content background preferred but not required.
• Fintech familiarity is a plus.
• Track record of owning a content function end-to-end from strategy to distribution.
• Sole senior content voice with authority to make final editorial calls.

• Own and scale The Manual, Compound Interests, Compound Conversations, public relations, brand/executive social, and product marketing
• Set and drive content strategy with the Head of Marketing
• Manage compliance submission and approval workflows
• Own publishing to the CMS and newsletter platform
• Identify advisor subject-matter experts and turn their expertise into content
• Personally write high-leverage emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy
• Own topic and panelist selection, agendas, advisor coordination, promotion, and derivative content for Compound Conversations
• Manage and optimize StoryArb and other copy, PR, ad, and growth/content agency relationships
• Own digital ad copywriting and creative review
• Increase content output, consistency, and quality
• Improve content-to-pipeline handoffs with RevOps
• Own email lifecycle content, including onboarding and reengagement campaigns
• Make final editorial decisions and operate with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Experience managing copy, PR, and ad agencies and driving them without heavy hand-holding
• Strong personal writing ability; ability to produce polished emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy
• Background in wealth management or personal finance content preferred but not required
• Fintech familiarity is a plus
• Track record of owning a content function end-to-end, from strategy to production to distribution, with minimal oversight
• Comfortable operating as the sole senior content voice with authority to make final editorial calls
