Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Content/Copywriter to lead AI-driven content strategies and collaborative campaigns for diverse clients. You will craft website copy, articles, and campaigns, while ensuring brand alignment and editorial quality across formats and channels.

You will collaborate with SEO, analytics, and social teams, building scalable AI-enabled workflows and reusable prompts. Strong writing, AI fluency, and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, editorial, or related creative discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing/editing across formats, audiences, and brand voices.
• Exceptional language, structure, grammar, storytelling, and persuasive communication.
• Familiarity with editorial standards and style guides.
• Strong fact-checking and quality-control instincts.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI in content development.
• Ability to explain prompting, evaluation, editing, and improvement of AI-assisted work.

Aufgaben

• Develop, execute, and optimize content strategies across organic search, AI-powered search experiences, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner with clients to create high-quality content that builds brand authority and discoverability.
• Report to the Director of Content Marketing and collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics.
• Design end-to-end AI-powered content production workflows from research to delivery.
• Own content development across multiple clients in varied industries.
• Write and edit website/landing-page copy, articles, thought leadership, campaigns, emails, scripts, and more.
• Apply client positioning, brand guidelines, tone, voice, and editorial standards.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, agents, and editorial guardrails.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, originality, relevance, and brand alignment.
• Conduct research, interview experts, verify claims, and translate complex info into accessible content.
• Identify production friction and develop efficiency solutions; test AI models and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics
• Design end-to-end AI-powered content production workflows spanning research, ideation, strategy inputs, briefing, drafting, optimization, editing, quality assurance, repurposing, and delivery
• Own content development across approximately 1-6 clients in varied industries
• Write and edit website and landing-page copy, articles, thought leadership, campaign concepts, email, social, paid media, scripts, sales enablement, and other digital experiences
• Apply client positioning, brand guidelines, tone, voice, terminology, and editorial standards
• Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, agents, evaluation criteria, and editorial guardrails
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, originality, relevance, bias, brand alignment, and editorial quality
• Conduct research, interview subject-matter experts, verify claims, and transform complex information into accessible content
• Identify production-process friction and develop practical efficiency solutions
• Test emerging AI models and content technologies and establish responsible best practices
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, editorial, content strategy, or a related creative discipline
• A portfolio demonstrating strong writing and editing across multiple formats, audiences, brand voices, or industries
• Exceptional command of language, structure, grammar, storytelling, and persuasive communication
• Working knowledge of established editorial standards and style guides
• Strong fact-checking and quality-control instincts
• Hands-on experience using generative AI throughout the content-development process
• Ability to explain prompting, evaluation, editing, and improvement of AI-assisted work
• Experience building and working with custom AI assistants, lightweight agents, automated content workflows, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Profound, or similar AI and LLM-based tools
• Experience developing custom instructions, prompts, workflows, and quality-control processes
• Working familiarity with analytics, SEO, keyword research, and social listening platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Hootsuite
• Ability to translate performance data and audience insights into stronger content
• Strong working knowledge of repeatable content workflows, templates, prompt systems, or other tools that improve quality and production efficiency
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, collaboration, and feedback-management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
