Jobtailor is looking for a skilled Content Production Manager to oversee the tutorial production pipeline. Your role will involve strategizing production capacity, setting quality standards, and ensuring team performance.

You will work closely with the SEO team and report directly to the Head of Content, playing a crucial role in content workflow and development.

• Manage, develop, and provide performance feedback to writers and editors.
• Identify skill gaps through hiring and employee development.
• Build a self-sufficient team for independent decision-making.
