Siemens Energy in Berlin is seeking a Head of Commissioning to lead a global team responsible for all commissioning activities within the EU/AF region and OEM-related commissioning for New Unit Central worldwide. The role emphasizes Zero Harm, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic growth environment.

You will guide strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with field service teams across regions while developing the Center of Competence for technology and R&D liaison.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Longstanding experience in field service activities and/or power plant operation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Strong team-building abilities with a proven track record in leading and motivating international teams.
• Strategic thinking and analytical competence with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus, with a willingness for global travel.
