Job summary

Das IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sucht einen qualifizierten Mitarbeiter für die Qualitätssicherung in Forchheim, Bayern. Diese Position umfasst die Erstellung und Durchführung von Testplänen, die Einhaltung von Standards sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement. Anforderungen sind ein Abschluss in Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik und Kenntnisse in elektrischen Schutzsystemen. Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle und die Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice werden geboten.

Responsibilities

• Testpläne und Protokolle gemäß den Anforderungen erstellen.
• FAT im Labor und beim Lieferanten planen und durchführen.
• Tests von Lieferantenausringungen bezeugen und prüfen.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare test plans and protocols in accordance with industry standards and specific contractual requirements.
• Plan, set up, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the laboratory and at supplier premises.
• Witness and verify supplier equipment tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and execute site testing procedures aligned with quality requirements, project schedules, and budget targets.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and record all site test results.
• Support Project Management in Quality, Risk, and Claim Management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Reviews, Lessons Learned).

What You Bring

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or equivalent qualification; Technician certification accepted.
• Proficient in grid protection systems, protection relays & BCUs, and testing using Omicron environment.
• Experience or knowledge in Electrical Engineering and commissioning of power stations and substations.
• Understanding of current and voltage measuring devices and other primary equipment.
• Fluent in English and German will be an asset.
• Willingness for global travel and long-term assignments, including offshore platforms; strong team player with excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
