Exyte is seeking a Commissioning HVAC/Mechanical Manager in Frankfurt, Germany. You will join our Quality & Commissioning team, ensuring effective management and planning for MEP commissioning processes in data centers. Candidates should possess a bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, with over 5 years of relevant experience and fluent in both German and English. Description

As a Commissioning HVAC/Mechanical Manager, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. With your technical expertise and project management skills, you ensure that projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner across all phases of the commissioning process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (POC) for all HVAC and Utilities commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, SSOW, and LOTO systems, and all related safety processes.
• Plan system breakdowns for piping and cabling within your scope of responsibility.
• Coordinate and manage issue and punch lists, ensuring timely closure.
• CRAC/CRAH/fan-wall Systems.
• In depth knowledge of Air cooled and liquid cooled facility principle knowledge/CDU systems/FCU, VRV, VRF systems.
• Sprinkler and LSS systems.
• BMS/BAS system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering (5+ years’ practical direct MEP commissioning/commissioning management experience).
• Experience in Data Centers.
• Ability to identify and quantify completion risks.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
