Description
As a Commissioning HVAC/Mechanical Manager, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. With your technical expertise and project management skills, you ensure that projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner across all phases of the commissioning process.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (POC) for all HVAC and Utilities commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, SSOW, and LOTO systems, and all related safety processes.
- Plan system breakdowns for piping and cabling within your scope of responsibility.
- Coordinate and manage issue and punch lists, ensuring timely closure.
- CRAC/CRAH/fan-wall Systems.
- In depth knowledge of Air cooled and liquid cooled facility principle knowledge/CDU systems/FCU, VRV, VRF systems.
- Sprinkler and LSS systems.
- BMS/BAS system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering (5+ years’ practical direct MEP commissioning/commissioning management experience).
- Experience in Data Centers.
- Ability to identify and quantify completion risks.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
