CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH, a growing global specialist pharmaceutical company, seeks a senior Quality leader to drive end-to-end quality governance. You will steer complaints, PQR, stability programs, and reference standards, partnering with cross-functional teams.

You bring a Master’s in natural sciences/pharmacy/medicine with 7+ years in quality and 4+ years in leadership. Strong analytical thinking and strategic communication are essential to advance regulatory compliance and patient

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine).
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Quality.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge in Quality, especially in Complaints, Issue Management and PQR.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Quality team with strategic direction and key decisions.
• Organize and allocate tasks across the department and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee vendor- and partner-related activities; primary contact for escalations and quality issues.
• Manage end-to-end Quality topics: complaints, recalls, alerts and related issues.
• Oversee PQR, stability programs, reference standards per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

• You lead and develop the team by providing strategic direction, making key decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of departmental objectives.
• You organize, prioritize, and allocate tasks across the team while fostering effective collaboration within the department and across cross-functional functions.
• You oversee all vendor- and partner-related activities and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical quality matters.
• You are accountable for the end‑to‑end management of market complaints, claims, recalls, product-related alerts, and other quality-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• You are responsible for Product Quality Reviews (PQR), product stability programs, and the identification and supply of reference standards in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• You monitor and analyze product quality data, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards.

What sets you apart:

• You bring at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
• You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• You bring at least 4 years of Leadership experience.
• You have a broad knowledge in the field of Quality, especially in Complaints, Issue Management and PQR.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage complex topics.
• You are a strong communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
