• Analytical and structured thinking to translate strategies into results.
• Fluent English; Dutch or German advantageous.
• Willing to spend two to three days per week at the headquarters in Varsseveld and travel within Europe.

• The development and implementation of a clear, data-driven category strategy is central to this position.
• Full responsibility for category performance includes responsibility for sales and margin targets, as well as all assortment decisions.
