Qualifications

• Mehrere Jahre Beratungserfahrung in Strategie/Prozesse in Führungsposition
• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, ideal Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Strategieentwicklung, operativer Exzellenz, Logistik und Lieferkettenoptimierung
• Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung und Teamführung
• Starke Verkaufs- und Marketingkompetenz sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden

Responsibilities

• Strategische Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top-Management bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung zukunftsweisender Strategien
• Eigenständige Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Beratungsprojekte entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette in der Fertigungsindustrie
• Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte, inkl. Planung, Ressourcenverwaltung und Zielverfolgung
• Gleichzeitige Führung mehrerer Projekte im Bereich Supply Chain Management
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen, z.B. Geschäftsmodelltransformation, Neuausrichtung globaler Produktionsnetze
• Anwendung innovativer und digitaler Beratungsansätze zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams und aktive Mitwirkung am Wachstum der Geschäftseinheit
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Beratungsansätze, Methoden und Werkzeuge
• Aktiver Auf- und Ausbau neuer Projekte bei Bestands- und Neukunden
• Gemeinsame Verantwortung mit der Geschäftsführung für strategische und operative Expansion der Abteilung

• Strategic consulting and close collaboration with our clients' top management in the development and implementation of future‑oriented strategies and concepts.
• Independent execution of national and international consulting projects along the entire value chain in the manufacturing industry.
• Management and control of complex projects, including project planning, resource management, and goal tracking.
• Simultaneous leadership and coordination of several projects in the area of supply chain management.

What should you bring?

• Several years' experience in strategy or process consulting in a comparable position, as well as in-depth knowledge of project management.
• Successfully completed university degree, preferably in industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• In‑depth know‑how in the areas of strategy development, operational excellence, logistics, and supply chain optimisation.
• Proven leadership experience and competence in managing teams.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, along with a confident demeanour when dealing with customers.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for developing innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels of hierarchy.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
• High willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
• Residency within the DACH region.
