Job summary

Gigs is building an operating system for mobile services that enables tech companies to embed global connectivity into their products. Its platform automates provisioning and reduces telecom complexity.

We are seeking a senior product leader to coach and scale a team of PMs, own strategy across multiple areas, and drive end-to-end outcomes with engineering, design and customers. Experience shipping in complex platforms and a customer‑driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including coaching other product managers.
• Shipping track record in complex domains, ideally platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems.
• Strong judgment and the ability to decide with imperfect information while keeping teams aligned.
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience working with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver KPIs, ownership, and strong product craft.
• Own strategy and roadmaps across multiple product areas, balancing customer value and business impact.
• Own end-to-end problems from discovery to launch and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to turn vision into execution and align priorities.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to understand problems, validate solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Shape how the product organization works, including AI and automation in discovery, building, and shipping.

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver committed KPIs, build clear ownership and strong product craft, and execute predictably
• Own strategy and roadmaps across multiple product areas, balancing customer value, business impact, and long-term platform foundations
• Own key problems end-to-end, from discovery and specifications to build-versus-buy decisions and launch
• Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to turn vision into execution, align priorities, and make trade-offs across teams
• Work with customers, network partners, and internal teams to understand problems, validate solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
• Shape how the product organization works, including how AI and automation change discovery, building, and shipping

Требования:

• 7+ Years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and coaching other product managers
• A strong track record of shipping in complex domains, ideally platforms, APIs, or backend-heavy systems
• Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions with imperfect information while keeping teams aligned
• A customer-oriented mindset and experience working directly with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
• Clear, concise communication, especially in writing, and an ownership mindset that creates momentum
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools and a perspective on how they improve product teams, not just speed them up
