GROPYUS ищет Product Manager для Production Platform. Ваша задача — вести разработку продукта от идеи до внедрения, опираясь на потребности фабрик и бизнес-цели, улучшая прозрачность и эффективность производственных процессов.

Требуется опыт 3+ лет в PM, знание производственных систем и способность работать с командами разработки, автоматизации и дизайна. Гибридный формат работы, требуются английский и знание немецкого будет плюсом.

Qualifications

• Требуется бакалавр или магистр в технической дисциплине, либо эквивалентный опыт с хорошей траекторией в product management.
• Опыт 3+ лет в Product Management, желательно в B2B, индустриальных технологиях, производстве, автоматизации или платформах.
• Опыт работы с программными продуктами и системами в производстве.
• Умение превращать бизнес и операционные потребности в дорожные карты и требования к масштабу.
• Сильные коммуникативные навыки и управление заинтересованными сторонами.

Responsibilities

• Полное владение процессом продукта: от исследования до внедрения и улучшения.
• Перевод потребностей фабрик в четкое видение продукта, дорожные карты и требования.
• Разработка решений для интеграции производственных систем и доступности операционных данных.

At GROPYUS, digital products connect manufacturing equipment, production systems and operational data to create a scalable and reliable production environment. As Product Manager for our Production Platform, you will shape solutions that support production control, validation and simulation, while improving operational transparency across our manufacturing environment.

Задачи:

Own end-to-end product development, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. Translate factory needs and business objectives into clear product vision, roadmaps, priorities and actionable requirements. Shape solutions for manufacturing-system integration, operational data availability, and the validation and simulation of production processes and capabilities. Collaborate closely with software engineering, automation, industrial engineering, design and production teams to develop and launch effective solutions. Use operational data, user feedback and a deep understanding of production processes, machine capabilities and constraints to guide product decisions. Improve product performance by increasing transparency, standardizing solutions, reducing complexity and supporting operational and cost efficiency.

Требования:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience with a strong Product Management track record.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B, industrial technology, manufacturing, automation or platform environments.
• Experience with software products and technical systems in manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business and operational needs into product roadmaps, requirements and scalable solutions, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to understand technical complexity, align different perspectives and set clear priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate regularly on site at our Richen production plant to understand factory workflows, validate solutions with users and support successful product adoption.
• Fluent English language skills.
