Zusammenfassung

Parts Europe GmbH in Germany seeks a customer service specialist fluent in Greek and English to serve our B2B dealers. You will process orders, provide order status updates, and resolve issues across teams.

You will maintain customer data, answer queries about deliveries, backorders, and webshop questions, while helping attract new dealers and grow the regional business. Flexible hours and remote work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales or similar.
• Native-level Greek with very good written and spoken English.
• Open-minded, communicative and strong service orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP system.

• Be the initial contact for Greek-speaking B2B clients via phone and email.
• Process and monitor orders in the ERP from receipt to delivery.
• Provide dealers with order status, deliveries, backorders and webshop questions.
• Maintain customer data and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in attracting new dealers and growing the regional business.

Your responsibilities:

• As the initial point of contact for our Greek-speaking B2B clients, you will be reachable for themthrough phone and email.

• From order receipt to delivery, you process and monitor incoming orders in our ERP system.

• You provide dealers with information on order status, deliveries, backorders and webshop-related questions.

• You maintain customer data and work closely with different teams and departments to resolve issues.

• While servicing our existing dealers is your main focus, you also help us attract new dealers and grow our business in the region.

You bring along:

• You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, sales support, inside sales or similar.

• Besides a native level ofGreek, you have a very good command of written and spoken English. Further languages are an advantage.

• It's ideal if youshare our passion for motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs and related products andaccessories.

• You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation.

• A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system complete your profile.
