Job summary

Consultport GmbH is seeking a proactive GTM Operator to join our Operations team in Berlin. You will help build systems powering our sales on a global B2B platform, improve CRM data, and automate workflows to streamline the sales process.

You will work with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, and Zapier. Strong analytical thinking and independent execution are essential, with English proficiency required; German skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales ops, GTM, growth, or fast-paced startup.
• Hands-on with GTM and automation tools.
• Strong analytical thinking based on data.
• Fast, independent worker with clear communication.
• English at C1 level or above.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for full-time in-office role.
• Nice-to-have: experience in B2B marketplace/consulting; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce; professional German language skills.

Join our Operations team and help build the systems that power sales at a global B2B platform.

Great sales teams need great systems. As GTM Operator, you'll work behind the scenes to help our sales team move faster, focus on the right opportunities, and turn conversations into revenue. You'll improve CRM data, build automated workflows, and make sales performance easier to understand. You'll take ownership of practical projects, test your ideas with the team, and see the impact of what you build.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, GTM, growth, or a fast-paced startup.


• Hands-on experience with GTM and automation tools including Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and workflow tools like n8n or Zapier.


• Strong analytical thinking. You work from data and can draw your own conclusions.


• You ship fast and figure things out independently. You do not wait for a perfect brief.


• Clear, direct communication in writing and in conversation.


• English at C1 level or above.


• You handle direct feedback well and use it to improve. Our environment is fast and honest and that needs to suit you.


• Based in Berlin or open to relocating for a full-time in-office role.

Great to have:

• Experience in a B2B marketplace, expert network, or consulting environment.
