Job summary

Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Global Process Lead (f/m/d) – Service (SAP CS) to drive the end-to-end Service processes across Transformation of Industry.

You will harmonize standards, govern templates, and coordinate SAP/Salesforce integration with stakeholders worldwide. You will lead rollout programs, design and test templates, and build a global Service Key User community to enable adoption and continuous improvement across locations and systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with experience in service process management and ERP-driven transformation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Customer Service integrated with Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Field Service Management, Salesforce, and end-to-end Service-to-Cash environments.
• Experience harmonizing processes across multiple systems, countries, or business units during large SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global Service processes across Long Term Service, Field/On-Site Service, Digital/Remote Services, Installed Base and Warranty, and Service-to-Cash.
• Define and maintain global Service standards, templates, and KPIs across units and systems.
• Govern template extensions and local deviations, balancing global consistency with local needs.
• Lead rollouts including design, testing, go-live prep, and hypercare support.
• Develop and lead a global Service Key User community to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

A Snapshot of Your Day

You lead the global Service process across Transformation of Industry, collaborating with business leaders, process sponsors, IT teams, key users, and rollout organizations worldwide. Your day includes evaluating and harmonizing service processes, defining global standards, coordinating SAP and Salesforce process integration, and supporting transformation initiatives across countries and business units. You drive key decisions on process governance, support deployments from design through go-live, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of standardized service processes across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ownership of the end-to-end global Service process covering Long Term Service, Field and On-Site Service, Digital and Remote Services, Installed Base and Warranty, as well as Service-to-Cash processes
• Definition and maintenance of global Service standards, process templates, and KPIs across business units, countries, Salesforce, and target ERP systems
• Assessment of current-state Service processes and development of future-state standards supporting ERP consolidation and process harmonization objectives
• Governance of template extensions and local deviations while balancing global consistency with legitimate local business requirements
• Leadership of the business workstream throughout rollouts, including process design, approval, testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare support
• Development and leadership of the global Service Key User community to drive adoption, collaboration and continuous process improvement across all locations and systems

What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, combined with longterm experience in service process management and ERP-enabled transformation within manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries
• Deep business process expertise in SAP Customer Service integrated with Sales, Logistics, and Finance processes
• Preferred experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Field Service Management, Salesforce, and end-to-end Service-to-Cash process environments
• Proven experience in harmonizing processes across multiple systems, countries, or business units as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA or comparable transformation programs
• Experience with global template governance, fit-to-standard methodologies, change control processes, and management of local deviations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and cultures, with fluent English and the ability to drive alignment without formal authority
