Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep business process expertise in SAP FI/CO with strong integrations to Sales, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Experience with global template governance and change-control processes.
• Proven ability to drive process harmonization across countries and business units within SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication across cultures and levels.
• Fluent English and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global Finance processes including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation and Group Reporting.
• Define global standards, templates, controls, and KPIs across units and regions.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state standards for ERP consolidation and harmonization.
• Govern template extensions and local deviations while ensuring global consistency and compliance.
• Lead the Global Finance Key User community and support rollout activities, user adoption, testing and go-live preparation.

A Snapshot of Your Day

You lead the global Finance process across Transformation of Industry, working closely with finance leaders, business stakeholders, IT teams, process sponsors, and rollout teams. Your day includes reviewing and harmonizing finance processes, defining global standards and controls, supporting ERP transformation activities, and aligning stakeholders across countries and business units. You safeguard compliance and audit readiness, guide key decisions on process governance, and work with global key users to ensure successful adoption of standardized finance processes across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ownership of the end-to-end global Finance process covering Financial Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation and Group Reporting, Treasury, Tax and Customs, as well as Budget and Forecast processes across the target ERP landscape
• Definition and maintenance of global Finance standards, process templates, controls, and performance indicators across business units, countries, and target systems
• Assessment of current-state Finance processes and development of future-state standards supporting ERP consolidation and process harmonization objectives
• Governance of template extensions and local deviations while balancing global consistency with legal, statutory, regulatory, and business requirements
• Safeguarding of internal controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and financial governance across all processes impacting financial reporting and the general ledger
• Development and leadership of the global Finance Key User community, including support of rollout activities, user adoption, testing, go-live preparation, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, combined with longterm experience in finance process management and ERP-enabled transformation within manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries
• Deep business process expertise in SAP FI/CO and Finance operations with strong understanding of integrations with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement processes
• Proven experience in process harmonization across multiple systems, countries, or business units as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA or comparable transformation programs
• Experience with global template governance, fit-to-standard approaches, change control processes, internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions, cultures, and organizational levels without formal authority
• Fluent English and a team-oriented, results-focused mindset with the ability to drive adoption, standardization, and transformation in a global environment
