We are seeking a visionary and commercially minded leader to join the Siemens Advanta Global Leadership Team as Global Head of Operations Automation & Digitalization Consulting (f/m/d) (ADV OA&D). You will lead one of Siemens Advanta's core consulting practices globally, defining strategy, accelerating growth, and driving significant impact for our customers worldwide. Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of leadership experience in consulting, industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Proven success in leading international consulting or professional services organizations and emonstrated success leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in business growth, organizational transformation, and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Significant understanding of industrial operations, automation, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, IoT, operational technology (OT), and enterprise digitalization.
