Job summary

DöhlerGroup is seeking a seasoned process engineering professional to support global production sites and develop standards for process engineering. You will lead end-to-end engineering projects, collaborate with R&D, Technology Development and Production, and drive safety, quality and sustainability across facilities.

We expect hands‑on experience with process analysis, optimization, and a broad range of process technologies, as well as fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support global production sites across manufacturing and process technologies.
• Develop and implement global standards for process engineering.
• Lead end-to-end execution and provide technical support for engineering projects with R&D, Technology Development and Production.
• Improve plant availability via continuous improvement of plant and process technologies, focusing on safety, quality, and environment.
• Advance continual improvement initiatives across plants, systems, methods, processes and competencies.
• Identify and implement solutions to increase productivity and stabilize processes.

Your Role

• Support of global production sites across all aspects of manufacturing and process technologies
• Responsibility for developing and implementing global standards for process engineering
• End-to-end execution and technical support of engineering and technology projects in close collaboration with functions such as R&D, Technology Development, and Production
• Contribution to optimized plant availability through continuous improvement of existing plant and process technologies, with a clear focus on safety, quality, and environmental aspects
• Advancement of continuous improvement initiatives across plants, systems, methodologies, processes, and competencies
• Identification and implementation of solutions to increase productivity and enhance process stability

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in plant processes or production, with exposure to plant or equipment engineering, ideally in the food or biotechnology sector
• Hands‑on knowledge across a wide range of process engineering technologies
• Experience with process analysis, optimization, and relevant tools
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
