Job summary

Döhler seeks an experienced professional to lead and deliver industrial automation post-merger integration projects worldwide. You will manage end-to-end execution and provide technical support in collaboration with Project Engineering, Technology Development, IT and Production.

You will also support factories globally and contribute to developing and implementing global standards for industrial automation. Fluency in English is essential, with German being an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, automation Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
• Demonstrated intercultural awareness and experience working in international environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands‑on approach to developing and implementing effective solutions
• Passion for emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation in industrial environments
