Job summary

Döhler in Darmstadt, Germany, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support global production sites, develop and implement global standards for process engineering, and drive end-to-end projects with R&D, technology development, and production teams.

You will contribute to plant availability, safety, quality, and environmental performance, advance continuous improvement, and identify solutions to boost productivity and process stability.

Qualifications

• Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in plant processes or production, with exposure to plant or equipment engineering, ideally in the food or biotechnology sector.
• Hands-on knowledge across a wide range of process engineering technologies.
• Experience with process analysis, optimization, and relevant tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities
