Döhler GmbH is seeking a Professionals-level candidate to drive digital transformation on the shopfloor, turning concepts into scalable, AI-assisted solutions. You will collaborate across production, engineering, IT and business units to ensure alignment and measurable impact, from pilots to global rollout.

The role requires hands-on commissioning experience, strong coding skills in Python and APIs, and fluent English with German as a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations and production realities.
• Strong coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidly develop and implement solutions.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedfield
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in amanufacturing environment
• Hands-on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations andproduction realities
• Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidlydevelop and implement solutions
• Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges
• Strong ownership mindset with the drive to take initiative and make things happen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions andorganizational levels
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
