Job summary

Schaeffler AG is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards and Benefits professional to lead global benefit strategies from Regensburg. You will design and rollout local benefits, govern pension programs, and partner with internal and external providers to optimize costs and compliance.

You will analyze benefit data, advise stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of Total Rewards initiatives across regions, leveraging HRIS, Excel, and AI-enabled tooling. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in benefits, including global pension / retirement planning.
• Several years of experience working with international stakeholders and different country-specific requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems; AI applications is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with intercultural competence.

• Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of Total Rewards and Benefits.
