Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, with focus on HR/finance/economics or similar.
• Several years of experience in global benefits/pensions.
• Experience with international stakeholders and country-specific requirements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with HRIS/benefits/payroll; AI apps a plus.
• Fluent English and good German.
• Strong teamwork, communication and intercultural competence.
• Structured, analytical, and proactive.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and strategically develop global benefits programs, including the design and rollout of local benefits
• Ensure governance for benefits and pension programs, including policy compliance and documentation
• Provide support and advice on pension and retirement planning topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Analyze benefits data, cost trends, and market developments, and derive well-founded recommendations for action
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on all benefits-related matters
• Manage external service providers and coordinate internal interfaces to ensure efficient processes and high service quality
• Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of Total Rewards and Benefits

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in benefits, including global pension / retirement planning
• Several years of experience working with international stakeholders and different country-specific requirements
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems, as well as AI applications, is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way, combined with intercultural competence
• A high degree of initiative, paired with a structured and analytical working style
