Zusammenfassung

An international provider of asset management services is seeking a German-speaking Senior Legal Officer to manage Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, drafting corporate documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in both German and English. This role is located in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.

Qualifikationen

  • 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary.
  • Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements.

Mission
Responsibilities
  • Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
  • Organise board and shareholder meetings
  • Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
  • Drafting corporate documents and agreements
  • Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
  • Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements
Profile
  • Degree educated in Law
  • 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary
  • Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team
  • PC literate
