Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, is hiring a German-speaking billing support specialist. The role is on-site initially with relocation support and the possibility of a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

You will assist German-speaking customers with billing inquiries, provide clear support, and help explain billing details to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Job description

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and provides a relocation package. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
