FH Collective Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to assist customers with billing inquiries and deliver excellent service. The role is on-site in Sofia with a path to hybrid after 4 months for top performers.

You'll handle billing questions, provide clear support, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B1/B2) is required, and relocation benefits including Airbnb for 2 weeks,

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and provides a relocation package. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
