WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will support German-speaking customers with billing inquiries and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience.

The role starts on-site in Sofia with a path to a hybrid model for top performers after four months. Working hours include rotating shifts from 09:00 to 21:00, Monday through Saturday, with a base salary plus generous bonuses and relocation support.

About the Role

We are looking for a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment.

The position is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training -€500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support:2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation,Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
