WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking Billing Service Agent in Sofia. The role will start on-site, supporting customers with billing inquiries and delivering excellent service. You will help customers understand billing details and resolve issues, while maintaining professional communication standards.

Top performers may move to a hybrid work model after 4 months. The schedule includes rotating shifts, with a focus on accurate, customer-centric billing support within a collaborative team.

Formación

• German language proficiency at C1/C2.
• English at B1/B2 level.

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months) Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
