WW Talents is hiring a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent based on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a potential move to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers. You will assist German-speaking customers with billing inquiries and deliver a high-quality service.

The role offers a base salary with 14 payments per year, plus performance bonuses and relocation support. You will join an international team and help customers understand billing information while maintaining professional

Job description

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training -€500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support:2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation,Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
