CB TALENTS is seeking a German-speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails from our Malta site. You will handle a variety of airline service queries while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are native German speakers with English proficiency, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience.

• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
