Nomadify, based in Germany, seeks a customer service specialist to support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat on-site.

You will work in a structured, KPI-driven environment, delivering timely resolutions, documenting interactions in CRM, and helping improve the customer experience. Relocation support and a signing bonus up to €2,500 are part of the package. Training and onboarding are provided for rapid integration.

Qualifikationen

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written).
