Cbtalents seeks a German Customer Support agent in Lisbon to cover a 6‑month contract. The role runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Portugal time, with base salary of 1100€ paid over 14 months plus a monthly 75€ complexity bonus for 12 months.

About the job German Customer Support: Lisbon

Role: Customer Support

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: 6 months

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

08:00–17:00 (Portugal time)

Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas

Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

Performance bonus: N/A

Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)

Conditional:

Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)

Retention bonus:

None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Health insurance:

From day 1 (you pay monthly at first)
