Cbtalents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support agent in Lisbon, Portugal. The 6-month contract runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Portugal time). Base salary is 1100€ paid over 14 months, plus a 75€ monthly complexity bonus for 12 months and a meal allowance of 7.63€ per working day.

Health insurance starts from day 1; relocation offers accommodation (shared) up to 12 months. No flight reimbursement from December onward. Documents accepted include EU ID or Residence card.

Contract: 6 months

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

08:00–17:00 (Portugal time)

Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas

Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

Performance bonus: N/A

Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)

Conditional:

Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)

Retention bonus:

None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
