Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist for a 6-month contract. You will work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Portugal time, assisting customers in German and handling inquiries.

The package includes a base salary of 1100€ paid over 14 months, plus a 75€ monthly complexity bonus for 12 months and a 7.63€ daily meal allowance. Accommodation is provided if relocating; health insurance starts from day one.

Contract: 6 months

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

08:00–17:00 (Portugal time)

Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas

Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

Performance bonus: N/A

Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)

Conditional:

Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)

Retention bonus:

None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Health insurance:

From day 1 (you pay monthly at first)
