Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring for a German Customer Support role based in Lisbon, Portugal. The position is a 6‑month contract with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 (Portugal time). The base salary is 1100€ paid over 14 months, plus a 75€ complexity bonus per month for 12 months, and a daily meal allowance. Health insurance starts from day one; relocation includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months.

Note that the salary is not guaranteed, and there is a compliance condition (<6% unjustified absenteeism last month). The role offers a monthly payout during the first year and a capped retention for specific projects. EU ID or Residence card required.

About the job German Customer Support: Lisbon

• Role: Customer Support

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: 6 months

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

08:00–17:00 (Portugal time)

Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas

Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

Performance bonus: N/A

Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)

Conditional:

Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)

Retention bonus:

None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
