Requirements
  • At least 5 years of retail leadership experience (agriculture or equipment a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a parts manager, service manager, or sales manager preferred
  • Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and resolve challenges
  • Strong business acumen in sales, service, financials, and marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
