Your responsibilities
  • Manage your restaurant based on key performance indicators (sales, costs, staff, guest satisfaction)
  • Lead, coach and develop your team and build a strong, motivated crew
  • Work hands-on in daily operations and lead by example on the floor
  • Ensure smooth operational flow in all shifts (service, kitchen, back office)
  • Implement and safeguard company standards, processes and hygiene guidelines
  • Plan and optimize staff schedules, ordering and inventories
  • Actively promote a positive work atmosphere and strong team spirit
  • Represent and live our company values and brand promise towards guests and employees
