TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Gaming Player Support Specialist fluent in German and English to assist players via chat and email, resolve issues, and ensure a positive gaming experience. This on-site role in Sofia requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for gaming.

You will join a rotating shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, with comprehensive on-site training and a relocation-friendly package including housing support and a €1,500 welcome bonus.

What You'll Do

• Player Assistance: Provide friendly, efficient support to players via chat and email in both German and English.


• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues, account queries, in-game purchases, and gameplay troubleshooting.


• Community Engagement: Foster a safe, fun, and high-quality environment for players around the globe.


• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to optimize support workflows during comprehensive on-site training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).


• Work Preference: Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.


• Flexibility: Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule, Monday–Sunday).


• Passions & Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for gaming and player experience.

Compensation & Package

• Gross Salary: €1,585.00 per month


• Welcome Bonus: €1,500 bonus for start dates in July or August
