Winning Consulting is looking for an FX Sales to join a project for one of our international clients in the financial sctor, based in Berlin. We are a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and headhunting.

We support our clients in finding innovative and sustainable solutions, ranging from applying scientific knowledge to solve complex management challenges to driving digital and technological transformation within organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience of selling FX solutions, particularly structured products.
• MiFID certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
• Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
• Building a sales pipeline alongside mentors with FX sales experience.
• Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and client interests.
• Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
• Being aware of FX movements and market conditions affecting prospects and client performance.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
• Participating in regular training, listening to calls, and taking accountability for performance.
• Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.

Responsabilities:

• Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifiying leads daly.
• Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
• Building a sales pipelines alongside multiple mentors with FX sales experience.
• Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interest of the client at the forefront of all sales activity.
• Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
• Being aware of and tanking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts propects and client's financial performance.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
• Attending regular, training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holidng yourself and peers accountable, owning your sucess.
• Keeping up to date with market sctucture changes and regulation.

Experience & Skills:

• Significant experience of selling FX solution, particularly structured products.
• Valid MiFID certification is required.
• Resilent, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, as well as in person.
• Taking feedback and acting upon it fast.
• Goal - oriented and presistence, short - term and long - term.
