Winning Consulting is seeking a Corporate FX Sales professional to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the FX, treasury, and payments space. The role entails coordinating FX transactions and supporting the full sales cycle, on-site in Germany with potential across other markets.

You will need strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and fluency in Dutch and English. Experience in financial services and B2B sales is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FX sales or corporate sales.
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company, or financial services.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions.
• Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making.
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams.
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.
