Winning Consulting is looking for a Corporate FX Sales professional to join our team in Germany/Netherlands/Portugal/Spain. This on-site role focuses on developing and managing corporate client relationships and advising on FX, treasury, and hedging solutions.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, ability to build long-term client relationships, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FX sales and corporate sales in B2B financial markets.
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services.
• Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions.
• Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making.
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams.
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.
