Winning Consulting in Germany seeks a Corporate FX Sales professional to join an important financial services project. Location includes Germany and adjacent markets with an onsite working model. You will develop corporate client relationships and drive FX solutions.

The role requires experience in FX markets, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will collaborate across operations, compliance, trading and client service teams to deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FX sales or corporate financial markets.
• Previous banking, FX broker, fintech, payments exposure.
• Solid understanding of FX products and international payments.
• Strong commercial mindset and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions.
• Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making.
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate FX transactions with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams.
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.
