• Support services sales activities and learn how to manage customer relationships.
• Develop understanding of customer needs through diagnosis and account planning.
• Create, implement, and follow up on quality and account plans with Account teams.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop value-based proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Learn about internal interfaces within a global company and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support resolution of technical issues and communication with customers.

Job Summary

We offer a permanent position at our site in Hochheim. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. What You Will Do

As our new Future Talent – Services Sales Specialist you will:

• Learn how to manage customer relationships from a services perspective
• Understand the customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
• Learning about account management. Create, implement, and follow up quality and account plans in line with customer and Account teams
• Learn how to identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposals, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
• Understand internal interfaces of a global company
• Learn how to support resolution of technical issues and issue management, especially for communication with customers
• Be an integrated member of the services sales team

Profile Description

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in field of Engineering, Business administration or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026)
• It is possible that you have experience working in the food industry or other technical area
• You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken
• You have good communication skills, written and spoken
• You are a dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures
• You have analytical skills but also business oriented
• Previous international studies/experience are considered an advantage
