While this position has a strong focus on digital Employee Experience, it offers much more than digital platform work. We operate in an agile Scrum environment, giving you the opportunity to experience a highly collaborative way of working, contribute to cross-functional teams and take ownership of meaningful initiatives. You will also can explore areas such as content quality and gamification, including innovative concepts like Super Editors, and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives that bring together Internal Communications, IT, Operations and external partners.
Technology is transforming the way we work—and we want you to help shape what comes next. You will explore how generative and agentic AI are reshaping both the way our colleagues work and the way they discover, access and consume content and services. This includes emerging disciplines such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and new approaches to making information and services more relevant, accessible and engaging.
As the team responsible for DHL Group’s core digital People Platforms, we are working to future-proof a group-wide approach to the best possible DHL Employee Experience across the digital employee journey.
