Your mission

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Growth Engineer (with strong marketing enthusiasm) who can move fast, ship experiments, and unblock Marketing on anything that touches the product — frontend, mobile, or backend.

You’ll work as a TypeScript engineer across React, React Native, and NestJS, implementing changes that directly impact conversion, activation, and growth.

Interviews only start on January 2026.

What you’ll be keeping busy with

• Implement and iterate on the web and mobile flows (React / React Native).

• Improve conversion by fixing UX logic issues, price displays, funnel drop-offs, and other blockers.

• Integrate SDKs/APIs based on vendor documentation (Amplitude, Adjust, Intercom, etc.).

• Help run A/B tests, experiments, and feature flags end-to-end.

• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to move faster —

  not a vibe coder, but an engineer willing to yield the AI magic to their powers.

• Set up and maintain tracking (GTM — nice to have, not required).

Your profile

• 3+ years as a full-stack Software Engineer.

• Strong with TypeScript.

• Experience with React and/or React Native.

• Experience with Node.js / NestJS.

• Good SQL knowledge.

• Solid understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and Webhooks.

• Experience with A/B testing or building growth/product experiments.

• Strong communication in English.

Nice to have

• Webflow experience (especially custom JS embeds).

• Experience working with marketing or growth teams.

• Experience with Make.com or other automation tools.

• German language skills.

Interview process

1. TestGorilla Assessment (early January)
   A short online assessment to help us understand your skills and working style.

2. Technical Interview with our Engineering Team
   A conversation focused on your technical abilities, problem-solving approach, and practical experience.

3. Interview with our Head of Marketing / Product Owner
   This round explores cross-functional collaboration, communication, and how you work with different teams.

4. Co-Founder Interview
   A final conversation to discuss alignment, culture, ownership, and your impact on Ostrom as a whole.
