Crystal Springs Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for a part‑time role in Hamburg, NJ. You will ensure a positive first impression for guests and assist with their requests in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities include checking guests in, handling check-out and billing questions, posting charges, and managing reservations with the computer system. Cash handling and local knowledge are also important.

Crystal Springs Resort is looking for friendly upbeat individuals who have a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
